• We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders and ship across the USA except Alaska and Hawaii. 

• Customers can choose our "White Glove Delivery & Assembly" services at checkout for large furniture items like sofas, sectionals, bed platforms and large tables that may require assembly for an additional cost of $100.00.

The White Glove Delivery & Assembly ($100) includes: 

1. Unpacking at customer's home or place of business.
2. Placement of furniture in room of choice
3. Two flights of stairs
4. Onsite assembly
5. Removal of debris

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. 

• You will receive tracking information and an approximate ETA once order ships. 

• Handling time is generally 2-3 business days from date of order and transit times run between 4-7 days for small to medium-sized items and 1-2 weeks for large or bulk furniture items like sofas, sectionals and bed frames. 

• Any date of delivery furnished by Revel Sofa to buyer is determined from the date of the buyer’s purchase order.  Revel Sofa and vendors will use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with specified dates. The date provided is only an estimate, not a guarantee, and Revel Sofa nor 3rd party vendors shall be liable for any delays in the delivery date or shipment of products. If the products cannot be shipped or delivered as set forth above, buyer shall have the option to terminate the purchase.  Any product that is placed on back-order will be shipped promptly when available unless canceled in writing by the Buyer prior to shipment.

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days.  The specific return window being dependent on the individual supplier's return policy.  This means that the customer generally has between 7 and 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. 

Most suppliers offer free returns (and replacement) for defective items.  If the item is you ordered is damaged or defective please inform us within 7 days from receiving item. 

Please inquire within if you have any questions on individual brand or supplier returns policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

A 10-15% restocking fee MAY be charged by certain suppliers if the product is found to be non-defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Warranty 

All products sold by Revel Sofa are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on our online store. The warranty period and specific service details may vary depending on the manufacturer and product. If you experience issues with an item after the 30-day return period, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@revelsofa.com for further assistance.  Note: Regular wear and tear are not covered.

Damages or Defects

Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted for non-defective items. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@revelsofa.com.
