Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days. The specific return window being dependent on the individual supplier's return policy. This means that the customer generally has between 7 and 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Most suppliers offer free returns (and replacement) for defective items. If the item is you ordered is damaged or defective please inform us within 7 days from receiving item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A 10-15% restocking fee MAY be charged by some suppliers if the product is found to be non-defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Warranty
We provide a one (1) year warranty on most of our products (depending on individual supplier policy), covering defects and workmanship.
Regular wear and tear are not covered.
Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted for non-defective items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: it may take a couple of business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@revelsofa.com.
